Our client is looking for a Head of Performance Marketing

The role will own growth across Meta and Google, scaling user acquisition, improving ROAS, and building a data-led creative engine that connects deeply with people seeking mindfulness and self-growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role - ideal for someone who enjoys diving into dashboards, testing hypotheses, iterating on creative performance, and directly shaping strategy and execution.

You'll work closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to drive both efficiency and scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead paid media strategy and execution across Meta and Google, managing monthly spends.

- Continuously optimize CAC and ROAS, moving from current 1.2 to target 2 through sharper creative, funnel design, and conversion optimization.

- Drive audience acquisition and retargeting using first-party data, segmentation, and experimentation.

- Partner with the content and design teams to develop and test high-performing creatives rooted in brand storytelling and data insights.

- Build strong tracking infrastructure (events, pixels, GA, attribution tools).

- Leverage analytics to identify user intent, channel profitability, and drop-offs across the funnel.

- Contribute to broader growth strategy - from lifecycle automation to retention loops and referral growth.

Key Expectations

- 8-10 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally in D2C, app-first, or wellness-tech brands.

- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager - hands-on campaign creation, scaling, and optimization in fast-changing algorithmic environments.

- Fluency in creative strategy, audience building, and data interpretation - a thinker and doer.

- Comfort with analytics tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, etc.) and A/B testing frameworks.

- Strategic mindset with operational discipline - can zoom out to design systems and zoom in to fix a campaign in real time.

- A genuine interest in wellness, mindfulness, and purpose-driven brands.
