Head Performance Management, OD Intervention and Talent Management (6-8 yrs) We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our performance management, OD intervention, and talent management programs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing effective strategies to improve organizational performance, talent and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have excellent communication and leadership skills. This role will report to the Head of HR. Key Responsibilities : - Design and implement performance management programs that align with organizational goals and objectives - Develop and implement OD interventions to drive change, increase efficiency and enhance organizational effectiveness - Identify and address talent gaps through effective talent management strategies including recruitment, retention, and career development - Analyze and interpret HR metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement - Provide guidance and support to management on HR policies and procedures - Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge THIS IS NOT PART OF THIS ROLE - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with business needs - Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality HR services Qualifications: - Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 6-8 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus OD, Talent management and performance management. - Strong knowledge of OD interventions. - Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision making - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
