Hiring a senior leader to drive payment, lending, and collection excellence. The role focuses on data-driven decision-making, automation, and improving customer financial experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Payment Excellence strategy aligned with business goals.

- Build credit scoring models, dashboards, and predictive analytics.

- Drive automation across payment, lending, and collection workflows.

- Collaborate with Product & Engineering to deliver scalable fintech solutions.

- Track KPIs: BNPL active users, NPL ratio, POS usage, collection efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 8-12 years in fintech, digital lending, or payments.

- Strong understanding of BNPL, credit scoring, and financial data models.

- Hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, Power BI/Metabase/ThoughtSpot.

- Experience in automation/AI-led process improvements.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
