Description:
Will lead the end-to-end value chain, encompassing Sourcing, Production, Quality, Merchandising, MDM, Manpower Planning, and Factory Operations. This role is responsible for building scalable, technology-led, cost-efficient, and compliance-ready manufacturing operations, ensuring on-time delivery, zero-compromise quality, strong cost governance, and future-ready production infrastructure. The role will also spearhead new factory setup, automation adoption, and ESG-compliant operations while creating a strong people and leadership pipeline.
About:
- Drive end-to-end production operations across all product lines.
- Ensure on-time delivery across all categories as per planning schedules.
- Lead strategic sourcing of gold, diamonds, gemstones, consumables.
- Lead the Quality Assurance function across raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
- Lead the Merchandising & Product Lifecycle Management framework.
- Drive workforce upskilling across SOPs, CAD/3D design tools, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Own manufacturing P&L, cost optimization, yield improvement, and productivity
benchmarking.
- Act as the key interface between CEO, Design, Retail, Finance and Compliance teams.
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics for raw materials and finished products across.

- Strong command over supply chain, costing, wastage control, and compliance
