Stellar Talent HR Consultancy is searching for an outstanding Head of Operations for our client-a market leader in IoT and Smart City solutions driving digital transformation for urban infrastructure, industry, and logistics across India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate operational strategies aligned to business goals and work closely with the executive team to drive growth, scalability, and organizational transformation.

- Oversee all business operations end-to-end, designing and implementing robust processes, systems, and standards for optimal productivity and quality.

- Lead the implementation of IoT/automation solutions for clients in smart infrastructure, logistics, and urban utilities.

- Manage customer service delivery, innovate for higher retention, and build long-term client relationships.

- Handle contracts and partnerships with vendors, partners, and customers, ensuring alignment to business goals.

- Mentor, build, and inspire cross-functional teams-fostering accountability, collaboration, and results.

- Drive multiple operational projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget.

- Analyze operational metrics and financial data to inform decision-making and drive improvement.
