Head - Operations - Facility Management

- 20+ years of experience in Facility Management / IFM across tech parks and corporate office environments. Responsible for facility management for TN & KL while managing operational P&L for the geography.

- 7+ years in leadership roles managing large, multi-location portfolios

- Experience handling global corporate accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

- 20+ years of experience in Integrated Facility Management (IFM), large-scale portfolio management across corporate offices, tech parks, and industrial sites.

- Lead end-to-end IFM operations, ensuring seamless delivery of both soft services (housekeeping, security) and hard services (MEP, HVAC, utilities).

- Managing multi-site portfolios with a focus on service consistency, efficiency, and workplace experience enhancement

- Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic partner to key clients (MNCs, Fortune 500 accounts).

- Full ownership of P&L, with strong commercial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and margin enhancement

- Team & People Leadership: Lead regional/site leads and cross-functional teams

- Oversee vendor performance and compliance with SLAs/KPIs, Lead contract negotiations and renewals.

- Provide formal supervision to employees across Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.

- Review capital project and operating budget reports for multiple properties.

- Create action plans to improve financial positions and manages negotiations for contract services.

- Meet with client management team and appropriate departments to discuss, resolve and discrepancies.

- In-depth knowledge of statutory compliance, including labour laws, fire safety regulations, and audit requirements

- Hands-on experience in driving Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) programs, risk assessments, and incident management
