Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Lead and manage end-to-end operational efficiency ensuring smooth daily functioning of the digital lending platform.
- Drive participant onboarding efficiency for seamless and timely onboarding in line with defined SLAs/TAT.
- Oversee the end-to-end NACH settlement process, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines (NPCI, CERSAI, etc.).
- Ensure timely and accurate MIS/data reporting to management and key stakeholders.
- Manage customer servicing and grievance redressal as per TAT, ensuring best-in-class customer experience.
Automation & Process Excellence:
- Drive automation initiatives and project implementations to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve scalability.
- Design and implement SOPs and optimized workflows to enable sustainable growth.
- Introduce technology-led enablers to improve operational turnaround and customer satisfaction.
People & Compliance Focus:
- Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including risk management, audits, and client data governance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Technology, and Product teams to align operational strategies with business objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education: B.E./B.Tech/Technology background (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 10-15 years in large-scale operations, payment operations, or fintech/digital lending platforms.
- Proven expertise in process automation, operational scaling, and compliance management.
- Exposure to supply chain finance, B2B lending, or financial services operations is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with ability to drive change and inspire teams.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends and emerging technologies relevant to fintech and lending operations.
