Job Summary:

Lead the Mortgage / LAP business at a national/regional level, driving growth, profitability, and portfolio quality by developing strategy, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Experience:

Responsibilities:

- Define and implement business strategy for Mortgage / LAP across geographies.

- Own P&L for the Mortgage/LAP vertical, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

- Develop new products, pricing structures, and distribution models to stay competitive.

- Expand market share through channel diversification (direct sales, DSAs, digital, branches).

- Drive disbursement targets through effective sales planning and monitoring.

- Lead and mentor regional/cluster/branch sales managers.

- Build strong relationships with channel partners, developers, and aggregators.

- Implement robust incentive structures to motivate sales teams.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of Mortgage, LAP, Home Loan, and Secured Lending markets.

- Deep knowledge of credit underwriting principles and risk management.
