We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused leader to head our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) technology, eCommerce, and marketing technology initiatives. This leader will own the end-to-end tech stack and platform operations supporting our D2C business, including eCommerce websites, CRM, POS systems, OMS integrations, marketing automation, and conversational commerce.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Commerce Platforms: Manage and enhance www. Duroflexworld.com and www.mysleepyhead.com .
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of all eCommerce platforms. Drive personalization, conversion optimization, and new feature rollout. Lead platform migrations, upgrades, and integration roadmaps.
- Omnichannel Technology: Own the OMS implementation across all D2C channels. Lead integration of digital commerce platforms with SAP, logistics (Pando), CRM, and marketplaces.
- Omnichannel Technology & Marketing Automation: Own and evolve marketing automation stacks, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Enable campaign orchestration, audience segmentation, and performance measurement. Drive the adoption and scale of MarTech tools across the marketing org.
- Conversational Commerce & Messaging Channels: Build and manage customer engagement platforms using WhatsApp and similar messaging interfaces. Integrate chat channels into existing commerce and CRM workflows. Implement conversational journeys for sales assistance, support, and re-engagement.
- Point of Sale (POS): Drive technology strategy across Experience Centers. Implement assisted selling tools, real-time inventory checks, and integrated billing workflows.
- Data & Analytics Partnership: Collaborate with analytics and data engineering teams to define architecture and enable self-service insights. Support marketing and product teams with experimentation frameworks and performance dashboards.
- Tech Program Management: Convert business goals into tech programs with clear deliverables and milestones Manage feature backlogs, sprint cycles, QA, and release management Ensure platform uptime, SLA adherence, and vendor governance
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the tech partner to marketing, COCO operations, eCommerce, and marketplace teams Present progress, innovation roadmaps, and KPIs to senior leadership and functional heads
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in tech-driven D2C, eCommerce, or marketing technology roles.
- Strong expertise in Shopify, CRM platforms, OMS systems, and API-based integrations.
- Proven experience with MarTech ecosystems, including marketing automation and messaging channels.
- Ability to manage both agency/vendor ecosystems and internal tech teams.
- Bias for execution, customer-centric thinking, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
