
The role includes market expansion, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and strengthening brand presence in domestic & international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term marketing & sales strategies for spring steel wires.
- Identify new markets, applications, and business opportunities.
- Achieve annual sales, volume, and profitability targets.
- Manage key OEM, Tier-1, and large strategic customers.
- Lead pricing strategy, product positioning, and market planning
- Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with QA & production teams.
- Participate in national/international exhibitions & technical events.
- Work closely with production, logistics, quality, and R&D teams.
- Lead, train, and mentor the sales & marketing team.
