Job Title: Head of Marketing

Industry: Coworking / Flexible Workspace

Location: Gurgaon

Experience:Min 8-12 years (at least 4-5 years in real estate / coworking / commercial office space preferred)


Salary: 20 LPA to 30 LPA


Job Summary:

The Head of Marketing will lead the entire marketing function for a fast-growing coworking company based in Gurgaon. The role involves building brand visibility, driving lead generation, managing digital & offline marketing strategies, and positioning the company as a premium workspace provider in the region. This is a leadership role requiring strong strategic thinking, creativity, analytical skills, and hands-on execution capability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Positioning:

- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.

- Strengthen brand identity and establish strong market positioning in the coworking industry.

- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.

2. Lead Generation & Demand Creation:

- Own end-to-end lead generation through digital marketing, campaigns, paid ads, and partnerships.

- Work closely with the sales team to drive high-quality leads and conversion.

- Monitor ROI and optimise all performance-marketing channels.

3. Digital Marketing & Online Presence:

- Oversee SEO, SEM, social media strategy, website management, and content marketing.

- Ensure consistent and engaging presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.

- Manage agency relationships for digital campaigns, creatives, and media buying.

4. Content, PR & Communications:

- Build a strong PR & communication strategy to enhance brand recall.

- Drive content creation - blogs, newsletters, videos, case studies, customer stories, etc.

- Manage internal and external communications to support brand messaging.

5. Offline Marketing & Events:

- Plan and execute on-ground events, brand activations, community events, and partnerships.

- Drive signage, collateral, and property branding to enhance walk-in awareness.

6. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team.

- Work closely with sales, design, operations, and business heads to ensure unified brand communication.

- Present marketing performance reports to top management.

7. Budgeting & Analytics:

- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns.

- Track KPIs, analyse data, and provide insights to support decision-making.

Key Skills Required:

- Strong experience in coworking, commercial real estate, or hospitality marketing.

- Expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand strategy.

- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving.

- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple agency partners.

- Strong understanding of customer behaviour and workspace industry trends.

Education:

MBA/PGDM in Marketing (preferred).

Certifications in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
