The Mission: The Architect of Growth Intelligence
As the Head of Marketing Analytics, you are a strategic leader responsible for the "Data Infrastructure" of the entire house of brands. You will design the systems that allow us to scale 10+ fashion brands simultaneously without losing efficiency. You will provide the CEO and Brand Heads with the high-level insights needed to make multi-crore investment decisions, focusing on long-term Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
Strategic Responsibilities
- Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) Strategy: Lead the initiative to move from "Transaction-based" marketing to "Relationship-based" marketing. You will build the models that predict which customers will become "super-fans" of our fashion brands.
- Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM): Design sophisticated MMM frameworks to determine the optimal budget allocation across the entire brand portfolio. You will answer the question: "Where should the next 10 Crores go?"
- Data Infrastructure Leadership: Partner with the Tech/Engineering team to build a unified Data Lake. You will ensure that data from Shopify, Marketplaces, Warehouses, and Ad-platforms is synced perfectly for real-time reporting.
- Customer Segmentation & Personalization: Implement advanced clustering techniques to segment our millions of users by "Style Persona," enabling the creative team to send hyper-personalized marketing communications.
- Team Management: Build and mentor a team of Data Analysts and Growth Engineers. You will foster a culture where "Data beats Opinion" in every boardroom meeting.
Advanced Strategic Insights
- Cohort Analysis: Deep-dive into retention cohorts to identify the "magic moment" when a first-time buyer becomes a repeat customer.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor macro-trends in the fashion industry (e.g., shifts from fast fashion to sustainable fashion) and use data to predict how these shifts will impact our portfolio's future revenue.
Required Pedigree & Skills
- Technical Leadership: Expert level in SQL and Data Architecture. Familiarity with BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar cloud data warehouses.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience with a proven track record of scaling data-led growth in a high-concurrency B2C environment.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to simplify complex data into "Board-ready" stories.
- Education: Advanced degree from a premier institute (IIT/ISB/IIM) or a Master's in Data Science/Business Analytics.
