Head - Maintenance - Plant Engineering & Automation

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Maintenance Head with a strong mechanical background and a passion for automation, energy efficiency, and reliability engineering. The person should be capable of introducing smart maintenance practices across a large- scale CNC shop.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead preventive and breakdown maintenance across CNC, VMC, and utility equipment

- Implement Predictive Maintenance using sensors and real- time analytics

- Drive low- cost automation (LCA) projects and process improvement initiatives

- Plan and control spares inventory and procurement

- Reduce machine downtime and improve Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF)

- Guide mechanical, electrical, and utility maintenance teams

- Manage energy conservation projects (power savings, air, coolant optimization)

Requirements:

- B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

- 8+ years of experience in plant maintenance, preferably in machining/foundry units

- Experience in IoT for maintenance, SCADA, CMMS tools is highly desirable

- Strong hands- on knowledge of spares planning, utilities, and TPM
