Develop strategies to resolve disputes efficiently and favorably. - Stakeholder Management: Liaise with external legal advisors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders. Represent the company in legal and regulatory matters. - Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor and develop the legal team.
