Exp : 7 - 12 years Qualification : LLB - Mandatory Location : Mumbai JD : 1) Legal advisory. 2) Negotiation & Drafting skills 3) Drafting and finalizing various contracts like Term Sheet, Power Delivery Agreements, Share Purchase Agreement, Share Holding Agreements etc. 4) Government Agreement etc 5) Proven experience as a general counsel or in a comparable legal role 6) Comprehensive knowledge of the law, such as corporate, labor, and appellate law 7) Outstanding verbal and written communication skills 8) proper understanding of the main terms and conditions of PPA, Joint Bidding Agreements (JBAs), Loan Agreements, Construction and Supply Agreements, EPC Agreements and others. 9) Providing expert and strategic legal advice to management. Setting internal governance policies and manage the impact of external factors. Evaluating and weighing multiple inputs and impacts of any decision or course of action. 10) Ability to develop strategies and policies in compliance with applicable laws. 11) Assist in the development of the company's policies and procedures. 12) Provide detailed legal guidance to the staff on all matters that affect the company 13) Ensure compliance in the business with the applicable laws and regulations.
