Frequent job changes will not be entertained Required Skills : - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills - Experience of leading a team - Highly organised, with strong attention to detail - Self-starter attitude, proactive Roles & Responsibilities : - To play a business partnering role and collaborate with multi-functional teams (including commercial, sales, HR, finance, procurements, etc.) to understand the business strategy and support the functions to achieve their objective. - Providing legal operational excellence and strategic guidance/support regarding legal risks and implications, etc. By providing appropriate legal advice by timely interpreting legal information. - Reviewing all contracts (Modify/standardize) or any other documentation where the Company has committed itself and assess legal implications and share with the top management. - Liaise with relevant departments / government authorities to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken. - Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract management. - Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the department for executive management meetings - Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with external lawyers and advice Management its outcome at regular intervals. - Working with HR SPOCs to ensure labour related compliances are compiled and guiding them on periodical updates. - Working closely with Business and support them for recovery of trade dues. - Defending the Company against any law suit filed by third parties.
