Hiring: Legal Head - Contracts Management

Industrial Construction / EPC Projects.

We are looking for an experienced and commercially strong Legal Head - Contracts Management for a leading organization involved in large-scale Industrial Construction, EPC, and Infrastructure Projects. This role requires a seasoned legal professional with strong expertise in pre-bid & post-bid contract management, tender analysis, contractual negotiations, claims management, and dispute resolution within engineering and project-based industries. Please note that the compensation budget for this position is in the range of INR 22 - 30 LPA. Candidates whose current or expected CTC is significantly above this range are requested to apply accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and analyze tender documents, bid conditions, and contract agreements.

- Identify legal, commercial, and contractual risks and advise management accordingly.

- Handle pre-bid and post-bid contractual activities.

- Draft, vet, negotiate, and finalize contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, LOIs, and work orders.

- Coordinate with clients regarding contractual clarifications, amendments, deviations, and negotiations.

- Manage claims, arbitration matters, legal notices, and dispute resolution processes.

- Support internal stakeholders including Projects, Procurement, Finance, and Business teams on contractual matters.

- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.

- Maintain documentation and records related to contracts and legal correspondence.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- LLB is mandatory; LLM preferred.

- 10-12 years of experience in Legal & Contracts Management.

- Strong exposure to Industrial Construction / EPC / Infrastructure Projects.

- Proven experience in handling large project contracts and tendering activities.

- Expertise in contract negotiation, claim management, and arbitration.

- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
