Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Contracting and General Corporate Advisory (6065%)
- Lead and manage end-to-end contracting processes with strong adherence to SLAs.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards.
- Litigation (20-25%)
- Oversee ongoing litigation matters and coordinate with external counsel.
- Provide strategic legal advice on dispute resolution and risk mitigation.
- Corporate Actions (10-15 %)
- Support corporate legal initiatives including M&A, restructuring, and governance.
- Experience preferred but not mandatory.
Candidate Profile:
Experience:
- Minimum 18 years in legal roles, with significant exposure to contracting and litigation.
Industry Exposure:
- Strong preference for candidates from B2B environments; IT services background acceptable.
- Strong stakeholder management including CXOs and Functional heads
- Ability to manage teams and external legal firms
- Ability to manage complex contracts with B2B ecosystem
