Role Specifications : - Incumbent will be part of the core legal and will be responsible to provide transaction legal advisory across all portfolios - Candidates from fintech or digital space, consulting in digital space - Candidates should bring in good exposure of handling M&A, Private equity related transactions and exposure in handling structured deal advisories - Exposure in drafting / reviewing all contracts and agreements related to fund-raising activities such as debt, structured debt, and equity - Comprehensive understanding of NBFC/FinTech business - The candidate has an incomparable understanding of financial regulations, the market for financial services, and the laws governing technology in India.
