- Provide strategic legal guidance on regulatory and compliance matters related to NBFC and vehicle financing operations
- Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations including RBI guidelines, KYC/AML norms, and data privacy requirements
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents such as lending agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership arrangements
- Drive internal compliance reviews, risk assessments, and manage regulatory submissions
- Liaise with external legal advisors, regulators, and auditors to address legal and compliance matters
- Develop and strengthen legal frameworks, compliance programs, and internal policies across the organization
- Conduct awareness sessions and training programs to build a strong compliance culture within teams
- Handle legal disputes, litigation matters, and proactively mitigate potential risks
- Track regulatory developments and ensure timely updates to internal policies and processes
- Promote a strong culture of ethics, governance, and regulatory compliance
