Key Responsibilities:

Learning & Development:

- Design and implement organization-wide learning strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop annual learning calendars.

- Curate, design, and deliver learning programs - both technical (healthcare domain-specific) and behavioral.

- Partner with external vendors and institutes for specialized healthcare training programs.

- Track training effectiveness through feedback and ROI measurement.

Talent Management:

- Support implementation of talent review and succession planning processes.

- Identify high-potential employees and create customized development plans.

- Drive competency mapping, performance calibration, and development interventions.

- Collaborate with business and HRBPs on career pathing and internal mobility initiatives.

Organizational Development:

- Lead change management and culture transformation initiatives.

- Develop and implement employee engagement and leadership development programs.

- Facilitate organizational diagnostics, employee surveys, and action planning.

- Support diversity, inclusion, and well-being initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Master's degree in HR / Psychology / Organizational Behavior.

- Experience in L&OD and Talent Management, preferably in Healthcare / Hospital / Pharma sector.

- Strong understanding of competency frameworks, psychometric tools, and learning design methodologies.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven track record in designing and executing end-to-end L&D initiatives.
