
Job Role Head - Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD)
Summary of role:
- The Head of Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) will be responsible for designing and executing strategies to build a learning culture and enhance organizational capability.
- The role focuses on leadership development, competency mapping, employee engagement, and managing large-scale organizational change initiatives to align with the business's strategic goals.
- You will work closely with senior leadership, HR teams, and business units to drive initiatives that enhance workforce capability, foster innovation, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- 15+ years of experience in L&OD, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in designing and executing large-scale learning and organizational
development programs. (Skill School experience is mandatory).
- Experience in high-growth industries such as renewable energy, manufacturing, or technology is preferred.
