A leading Retail organization is looking for a Head Learning and Development, based in Mumbai.
This is not a hybrid/ work from home role.
The role will involve Blue Printing, Solutioning and complete L & D framework.
- Create and execute an organization-wide Learning & Development
- Conceptualize and implement innovative training programs, including e-learning, workshops, mentoring, and self-directed learning opportunities.
- Drive the execution of the L&D plan, monitor its effectiveness, and make continuous improvements based on feedback and evaluation metrics.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on the impact of L&D initiatives on organizational performance.
- Work closely with leadership teams to ensure alignment of training programs with organizational goals and employee development needs.
- Manage external vendors and learning partners to provide specialized content and tools for development programs.
- Oversee training budgets, negotiate contracts for external training services, and ensure cost-effective training solutions.
Candidates who come only from anyone area of experience like Training or only L&D planning etc will not be a fit.
