We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Talent and Learning & Development to lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of learning strategies. This role will be critical in designing, development, implementation, and evaluating of Learning and Development programs for the organization. Key Responsibilities : - To assist the CHRO in all Learning activities initiatives for the organization. - Design and implement programs that aim to grow organizational capability through employee etc. - Designing, developing, and implementing a variety of learning programs and initiatives. - Deploy the designation and grade-wise competency framework for the company - Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs, measuring the impact on employee performance and the organization's overall success. - Evaluate and select learning technologies and tools that enhance the learning experience and enable self-directed learning for employees. - Succession planning and Career Pathing for key talent. - Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to identify critical roles and build strategic talent pools. - Serve as a trusted advisor to at C-Suite level and senior executives on learning matters. To communicate talent and learning strategies effectively to internal stakeholders as well. - Knowledge of Learning Experience Platform (LXP) Qualifications - Master's degree in Human Resources from premier management institutes. - 10-18 years of progressive HR leadership experience, specifically in Learning & Development.
