
Head - Learning & Development
Job Summary:
The Head of Learning & Development will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing a global learning strategy that aligns with the organization's growth objectives. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive leadership development, foster a continuous learning culture, and measure the impact of L&D initiatives on employee performance and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in multicultural environments and a proven track record in managing large-scale L&D programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Leadership Development: Design and implement a comprehensive Global Leadership Development Program spanning India, the Netherlands, the UK, and Southeast Asia.
- Learning Framework: Create and execute a robust learning framework tailored to the organization's growth strategy and future skill requirements.
- Impact Measurement: Provide senior leadership with insights into the effectiveness of learning initiatives, linking them to employee performance and business results.
- Training Programs: Identify skills gaps and design customized training programs to address employee and organizational needs.
- LMS & Digital Tools: Evaluate, integrate, and optimize modern Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools to enhance efficiency and engagement.
- Continuous Learning Culture: Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.

Experience & Qualifications:
- 15-20 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with a significant focus on designing and implementing global L&D strategies.
- Proven expertise in leadership development, organizational development, and talent management.
- Experience working in a complex, multinational corporation with a diverse workforce.
- M.Sc./M.S./M.A. or equivalent in Anthropology/ Sociology/ Psychology/ Organizational Behavior or MBA/PGDM in HR specialization.
