We are seeking a dynamic HR leader to drive HR Strategy and Process Excellence across the organization.
The role will focus on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, building scalable HR frameworks, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and digital transformation.
- Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business objectives and organizational growth
- Design and optimize end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Drive HR transformation and digital initiatives (HRMS, automation, analytics)
- Lead performance management, talent development, and succession planning frameworks
- Ensure HR governance, policy implementation, and statutory compliance
- Leverage HR analytics for strategic decision-making
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
