The Opportunity

A leading name in the precious metals and luxury gifting industry is seeking a high-caliber Head of Key Accounts to strategically lead and significantly expand its B2B (Business-to-Business) and Large Format Retail (LFR) business verticals. This director-level role demands a strategic, relationship-driven professional with deep, proven experience managing premium and luxury retail accounts to drive substantial growth and market penetration.

Role Overview:

You will be the architect and driver of our high-value partnerships, owning the strategy, execution, and revenue generation from our most critical corporate and retail accounts. You must possess the strategic foresight to align complex partnership goals with the prestige and quality standards of our luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities & Strategic Deliverables:

- Partnership Leadership: Drive and scale B2B and Large Format Retail (LFR) partnerships across premium and luxury retail channels, focusing on maximizing revenue and shelf presence.

- Strategic Relationship Management: Build and nurture deep, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders within key client organizations and large retail partners to ensure long-term value and collaboration.

- Business Development: Proactively identify and onboard new high-value business opportunities within the broader luxury, lifestyle, and corporate gifting ecosystem.

- Account Growth Strategy: Develop, own, and execute comprehensive account growth strategies (JBP/QBR) that are clearly aligned with organizational revenue targets and brand objectives.

- Integrated Solutions: Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, operations, and product teams to design and deliver seamless, bespoke client solutions, ensuring operational excellence from contract to fulfillment.

- Commercial Negotiation: Lead high-stakes commercial negotiations, ensuring profitable and sustainable deal structures.

Requirements & Ideal Profile:

- Experience: 10-15 years of experience in key account management, B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or LFR business development.

- Industry Track Record (Mandatory): Proven track record of success in luxury retail, premium brand collaborations, or high-value corporate gifting, demonstrating an understanding of the prestige market.

- Core Competencies: Exceptional negotiation, business development, and senior stakeholder management skills.

- Mindset: A strong strategic mindset coupled with a hands-on execution capability necessary to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
