Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure systems, ensuring alignment with the company's business goals and technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies that support business objectives.

- Manage and administer IT infrastructure components, including networking, virtualization, storage, and server administration.

- Lead the design and implementation of IT infrastructure systems (servers, network, data center) and policies.

- Ensure IT system operations adhere to applicable laws and regulations.

- Manage IT staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, and performance management.

- Establish and maintain regular communications with department heads and end users regarding pertinent IT activities.

- Identify emerging technology trends and ensure the company leverages them when beneficial.

- Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for IT system administration and appropriate use.

- Oversee IT vendor management, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and vendor evaluations.

- Participate in the formulation of the company's enterprise architecture and business system plans.

- Ensure IT services and AMC renewals are completed on time.

- Develop Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans.

- Provide key inputs to senior management on IT-related issues and developments.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Hands-on experience with infrastructure technologies, including Microsoft Windows, Linux, IBM AIX, LAN/WAN, Firewalling, Virtualization, ISPs, Cloud Computing, Office365, Microsoft SharePoint, IP Telephony, and Collaboration Tools.

- Strong knowledge of ITIL concepts and adoption.

- Experience with regulatory compliance issues, data protection, and best practices in application and network security.

- Proven ability to manage projects within budgets and timelines.

- Excellent leadership skills to lead and motivate the IT team.

- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
