Description:
- Understand client (PSU) requirements and convert them into detailed design plans.
- Oversee site inspections, space planning, material selection, and design quality.
- Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage procurement of materials, vendor negotiations, cost optimization, and quality control.
- Monitor operations and ensure smooth execution of all project stages.
- Handle a team of designers, supervisors, and site staff to ensure seamless workflow.
- Prepare project timelines, budgets, BOQs, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and PSU project requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in interior designing, preferably in real estate or large-scale projects.
- Strong experience in handling PSU or government clients (preferred).
- Excellent understanding of materials, design software, procurement, and site operations.
- Proven team leadership and project management skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
