Head - Institutional Sales - Personal Care Roles & Responsibility - Driving new client business and revenue growth in addition to building upon the sales and marketing strategy. - Build new networks and use existing relationships with institutional clients' business - Manage the entire sales process from qualifying to closing. - Assist in driving the brand recognition and business development efforts in the Indian Institutional market. - Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the firm products to discuss with clients and prospects effectively and confidently - Research and identify new client/relationship development opportunities Educational/ Experience requirements - Graduation minimum. Post-graduation preferred. - Should have a clear understanding of the institutional sales - Experience in personal and beauty care space is preferred - Must have a good rapport with Institutional setups Compensation budget : 30-35 lacs (Including 15-20% variable)
