Role Title: Head - IT (Shared Services Center)
Location: Hyderabad
Reports To: Chief Transformation Officer
Level: General Manager (GM)
Purpose of the Role
This role is responsible for leading the IT function for the Shared Services Center (SSC), with a strong focus on:
- Managing SAP SuccessFactors (HR tech stack) across the group.
- Overseeing SAP modules like Finance, MM, Travel, and SCM used in SSC operations.
- Driving RPA (Robotic Process Automation) implementations to streamline repetitive, high-volume tasks.
- Managing IT governance, audit compliance, and vendor partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
SAP SuccessFactors (HR Tech):
- Be the Single Point of Contact for HR tech issues across the group.
Ensure timely ticket resolution, handle change requests, and manage integrations with systems like SAP Finance, Ariba, background verification tools, etc.
- Manage releases, upgrades, documentation, training, and change management.
SSC SAP Modules (Finance, MM, Travel):
- Work with internal IT teams and vendors to ensure system stability, compliance, and process improvements.
RPA Governance:
- Identify areas for automation (e.g., reimbursements, billing, reconciliation).
- Lead bot design and deployment.
- Monitor performance, drive adoption, and ensure audit compliance.
Vendor & SLA Management:
- Manage contracts and performance of vendors across SAP, SuccessFactors, RPA.
- Conduct regular governance reviews for alignment with SSC goals.
Audit and compliance score
- Ensure documentation, version control, access control, and audit readiness across all platforms.IT Compliance & Audit:

Key Interactions
External: SAP partners, software vendors, travel & logistics vendors.
Internal: HR teams, SSC teams, Corporate IT, Internal Audit, Security, and Infra teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA with certifications in SAP (SuccessFactors), ITIL, RPA, etc.
Experience:
10-15 years in enterprise IT.
5+ years in HR tech or Shared Services IT leadership.
Skills:
Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors, SAP Finance/MM/Travel.
RPA lifecycle experience.
Strong in governance, compliance, vendor management, and process automation.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
SAP uptime and availability.
SLA adherence for tickets and change requests.
Number and quality of automated processes.
Audit and compliance score.
