The Head of lead technology initiatives and drive digital transformation across our organization. As the Technology Leader you will play a vital role in shaping our technological landscape, ensuring robust network and infrastructure, cyber security, digitization/ automation and RPA solutions for effective IT systems that enable faster growth of the organization. Incumbent will be responsible for driving technology to enhance our operations, customer experience, and overall effectiveness. Responsibilities: 1) Technology Strategy: - Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with our business objectives, vision and roadmap. - Provide visionary leadership to the technology team and align investments with company goals. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovative practices. 2) IT Infrastructure: - Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of a secure and scalable network and infrastructure. - Ensure high availability, performance, and disaster recovery capabilities. - Ensure enhancement of security systems to mitigate cyber security risks. 3) Digital Transformation: - Lead efforts to digitize processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy of output throughout the organization. - Identify automation opportunities to implement solutions ensuring process optimization through digitization. 4) Cybersecurity & Other Technology Initiatives: - Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive company and customer data. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for technology driven solutions. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and standards. Desired Profile 1) BE in computer science/ Information Technology, or a related field with advanced management degree with over 16+ years of experience will be preferred. 2) Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, ideally within the Non-IT companies.(Experience in Manufacturing sector with multiple sites will be of great advantage). 3) Strong knowledge of network architecture, infrastructure management, Applications and cybersecurity best practices. 4) Expertise in digitization, automation, and RPA technologies and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in managing IT systems, including ERP, CRM, and data analytics platforms.
