- Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations practices and Long-Term Settlements (LTS)
- Sound understanding of labour laws (Industrial Disputes Act, Factories Act, CLRA, etc.)
- Familiarity with erstwhile government service rules, R&P rules, and Pay Commission frameworks
- Experience in managing pension and post-retirement benefit implementation
- Proficiency in drafting IR-related documentation (settlement agreements, show cause notices, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in dealing with labour departments and statutory authorities
- Ability to manage contractor workforce compliance and legal obligations
- Skilled in data analysis and IR reporting for management
- Knowledge of policy interpretation and application in a public-sector-like environment
