Way of working: 5-day work from office

Role Context

We are seeking an HR Lead to establish and oversee HR practices within our organization in Mumbai and hire the best in industry talent across the org. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to various HR functions particularly Talent acquisition, vendor management, and Talent Management. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders. In this fast-paced environment, you will have the chance to significantly impact our organization's growth and success.

We are a team of 60 members and will grow to about 150 by the end of next year. We will also grow from 2 to 5 offices spread across Mumbai and Bangalore.

What you'll do

- Lead our HR Team and scale awesome founding team

- Work with the founders to help shape and nurture the company culture

- Set up the right talent brand, culture and rituals for the company

- Ensure retention, and productivity of best-in-industry talent.

- Directly report to one of our founders (Ankit Gupta)

What we're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in different HR functions, especially in Talent Acquisition

- Exceptional track record in past jobs/academics

- Experience in early to mid-stage startups or product companies
