- Build and execute scalable hiring strategies to attract and onboard top talent across tech, business, and corporate roles.

Performance Management & Career Development:

- Lead effective goal setting, feedback, and appraisal processes. Design career growth frameworks and succession planning.

Culture & Engagement:

- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Run employee engagement surveys, town halls, and cultural interventions.

Policy & Compliance:

- Design, communicate, and enforce HR policies. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
