- They wish to hire an HR Business partner for Sales and marketing function for India.
- Would provide HR leadership and would be managing End-End employee life cycle, Career development initiatives, Sales Engagement programs, Development Centers, Manpower management and Budgeting, Recruitment, Attrition and MIS for the Sales and Commercial operations in India.
Candidate Profile :
- MBA HR from any of the premier institutes with 8-10 years post qualification experience in an organisation of repute.
- Must have handled HR operations for a large sales set up / SALES HR.
- Experience in Strong process oriented organisations, having partnered closely with Sales, managing their development, annual processes, succession planning, conflicts with ease.
