
- The HR Head is responsible for designing the organization's human capital strategy, aligning people management with business goals.
- Lead HR functions-recruitment, compensation, culture, and talent development
- Acting as a strategic advisor to the CEO and board, focusing on organizational transformation and succession planning.
Key Responsibilities & Functions:
1. Strategic Workforce Planning: Creating strategies to meet business goals, including talent acquisition and retention strategies.
2. Leadership & Culture Development: Shaping company culture, managing executive development, and overseeing succession planning.
3. Executive Advisory & Governance: Advising the CEO/board on talent issues, compensation, and navigating employment regulations.
4. Organizational Transformation: Leading structural changes, digital transformation, and developing "Dynamic Organizations".
5. HR Service Delivery: Supervising payroll, compliance, and technology to improve workplace efficiency
Desired Education & Experience:
- MBA from a premier B school with 15 plus years experience in HR
- Luxury retail experience is a must have
- Manufacturing background experience is a plus
