
Job Overview:
The Head Of Human Resources at ONE OF OUR START UP CLIENTS IN PROP-TECH AND REAL ESTATE will be responsible for driving data-driven HR strategy and delivering impactful employee solutions tailored to organizational needs. This is a mid-level, full-time position based in Mumbai, reporting directly to company leadership and offering the opportunity to shape and transform HR functions aligned with business goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- HR Strategy (Mandatory skill) - demonstrated expertise in building and executing HR blueprints that align with overall business objectives and enable transformation within the workforce.
- Strong experience in hiring, ensuring an effective and seamless recruitment lifecycle that attracts the best talent suited to the organization's unique needs.
- Proven talent management skills, including designing and implementing development programs supporting employee growth and succession planning.
- Deep knowledge of recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding top candidates in competitive markets.
- Extensive employee relations experience, dealing effectively with grievances, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive, compliant workplace environment.
- Commitment to employee engagement, with a tactical approach to improving satisfaction, motivation, and retention within dynamic organizations.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, leveraging employee insights to shape current and future HR processes and measure ROI on HR interventions.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, establishing trust and credibility with leadership and employees at all levels.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that support the company's goal of reimagining workforce blueprints and driving sustainable growth.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes to ensure hiring of top-tier talent across multiple domains and industries.
- Oversee talent management initiatives including workforce planning, competency mapping, and career progression frameworks.
- Foster a culture of open communication and engagement by orchestrating impactful employee experience programs and feedback mechanisms.
- Establish and implement effective policies for employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions in compliance with employment regulations.
- Leverage data-driven insights to evaluate HR program effectiveness, measure impact, and inform continuous improvement of HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to support organizational change, including post-disruption workforce strategies and customized solution delivery.
- Drive HR technology adoption to streamline HR processes, improve productivity, and enhance organizational agility in line with business needs.
