- Lead effective goal-setting, feedback, and appraisal processes. Design career growth frameworks and succession planning.

Culture & Engagement:

- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Run employee engagement surveys, town halls, and cultural interventions.

Policy & Compliance:

- Design, communicate, and enforce HR policies. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.

HR Operations & Tech:

- Streamline HR processes through automation and best-in-class HR tech platforms
