Our clients are seeking a highly accomplished HR professional based in Mumbai to lead the HR function. Must have strong strategic & operational experience.

Experience in strategic and operational HR is a must.

Ideal candidates must demonstrate high initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.

Candidate/Job Profile

1.MBA in Human Resources (2-year full-time or 3-year part-time) from a reputed institute with 20-30 years experience of which recent years must be in BFSI vertical.

2.Will report to the MD and lead a team

3.Experience in setting up HR for the B2C Division of an NBFC

4.Proven track record of restructuring HR systems, processes, and organizational structures

5.Exposure to both system-driven mid/large-sized companies followed by start-ups or scale-ups

6. Expertise in:

Organization structure design

Job role definition

Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

Translating business strategy into HR strategy

Core HR Generalist experience

Rewards & Recognition frameworks

Compliance and labor law proficiency

Performance management and employee engagement

Learning & Development (L&D) and Organization Development (OD) initiatives
