Head - Human Resources - Multiple Group Subsidaries

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Leadership

- Define and drive the overall HR strategy aligned with business goals across all entities

- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives

- Lead HR transformation to enhance organizational effectiveness and scalability

End-to-End HR Management

- Oversee the complete HR lifecycle including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement

- Ensure robust, scalable, and process-driven HR systems across all locations

Multi-Entity & Multi-Location Management

- Manage HR operations across multiple companies and geographies

- Harmonize HR policies and frameworks while addressing local regulatory and business requirements

Leadership Hiring & Talent Management

- Drive leadership hiring and build a strong succession pipeline for critical roles

- Identify high-potential talent and implement structured development and retention strategies

- Lead succession planning and leadership development initiatives

Culture & Organizational Development

- Build and sustain a seamless, process-oriented, and high-performance culture across entities

- Drive employee engagement, organizational alignment, and change management initiatives

Mergers & Acquisitions (HR Perspective)

- Lead HR due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments

- Assess organizational structures, talent quality, compensation frameworks, and cultural alignment during transactions

- Identify HR risks, liabilities, and integration challenges

- Drive post-merger integration including organization design, talent retention, policy harmonization, and culture integration

Stakeholder Management

- Partner closely with senior stakeholders& business heads

- Influence key decisions through data-driven insights, HR analytics, and strong business acumen
