- Head of HR Manufacturing Sales Organisation (1520 Years)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to head the Human Resources function for a leading Manufacturing Sales Organisation. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of factory HRBP experience, corporate HR leadership, and Sales HR expertise, ensuring alignment between shop-floor realities, corporate strategy, and commercial business needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 15 to 20 years of progressive HR leadership experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of leading HR functions in large and complex organisations.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management and organisational development.
- Hands-on experience as HRBP for factory operations and corporate functions.
- Exposure to Sales HR in a Manufacturing Sales Organization, including workforce planning, incentive design, and field-force engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on human capital matters.
- Drive cultural transformation to enhance engagement and organisational effectiveness.
Talent Management:
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies.
- Oversee succession planning, leadership development, and career progression.
- Ensure robust onboarding and training programs for employee growth and retention.
Performance Management:
- Design and implement appraisal systems that reward high performance.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure productivity and success.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, safety regulations, and policies.
- Handle complex employee relations issues with discretion.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Develop competitive compensation structures to attract and retain talent.
- Conduct periodic benchmarking to align with industry standards.
- Partner with Sales leadership to design sales incentive programs and manage field HR policies.
HR Operations & Technology:
- Streamline HR operations for efficiency.
- Leverage HR technology and analytics for data-driven decision-making.
Industrial Relations (IR):
- Build and maintain harmonious industrial relations.
- Negotiate and manage collective bargaining agreements.
- Resolve disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a timely manner.
- Strengthen relationships with trade unions, government authorities, and stakeholders.
