Head Human Resources (Manufacturing Plant)
Location: Budhni, Madhya Pradesh
Position Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned HR leader to head the Human Resources function for our Budhni manufacturing plant. The role will drive the people strategy, industrial relations, talent management, organizational capability, and HR operations while partnering closely with the Plant Leadership Team to support business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end HR function for the manufacturing plant, aligning people strategy with business objectives.
- Build strong partnerships with the Plant Head and business leaders to drive organizational performance.
- Manage Industrial Relations, union engagement, collective bargaining, grievance handling, and employee relations to ensure a harmonious workplace.
- Drive manpower planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce capability building.
- Lead performance management, employee engagement, culture transformation, and organizational development initiatives.
- Ensure effective implementation of compensation, rewards, HR policies, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
- Leverage HR analytics and digital HR tools to improve workforce productivity, retention, and decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Plant HR leadership team while fostering collaboration across all HR functions.

Candidate Profile:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institution.
- 1825 years of HR experience, including significant leadership experience in large manufacturing organizations.
- Strong expertise in Industrial Relations, Manufacturing HR, Talent Management, Organization Development, Performance Management, and Labour Law Compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple HR functions, partner with business leaders, and drive organizational transformation.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
