Position Overview:
A fast-growing manufacturing organization in the rigid plastics/packaging sector is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead strategic HR initiatives across the organization. This leadership role will oversee core HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and Compliance. The ideal candidate will align HR strategies with business objectives, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure a positive and compliant workplace environment.
Education & Experience:
- Full-time MBA/PGDM HR (Tier 1/2 preferred)
- Minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
- Experience in a manufacturing or plant-based environment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise recruitment, onboarding, and staffing strategies to meet organizational growth needs.
- Implement and manage performance management systems aligned with business goals.
- Design and deliver learning & development initiatives to build leadership and technical capabilities.
- Conduct plant visits to engage employees and ensure policy adherence.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Oversee payroll processing, tax compliance, and employee compensation accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and audit requirements.
- Partner with leadership on organizational development, change management, and strategic HR initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to foster collaboration and high performance.
