This role will lead initiatives around HR digitization, performance management, talent acquisition, compliance, and employee engagement, especially across a diverse workforce, including ground operations teams. Qualifications: - HR Strategy & Leadership: Design and implement HR strategies aligned to the Group's goals. - Team Management: Lead the HR team, including the existing HR Manager and support staff, ensuring effective HR operations. - Performance Management: Build and drive KRA/KPI-based performance systems across functions. - HR Technology & Systems: Implement and optimize HRIS, performance tracking, and compliance tools. - Compliance Management: Ensure complete statutory and labor law compliance across all locations. - Talent Acquisition & Retention: Lead recruitment planning, execution, and retention strategies across office and ground staff categories. - Employee Engagement & Culture: Drive initiatives for engagement, grievance redressal, rewards & recognition, and value-based culture building. - HR Analytics: Track and report HR metrics - attrition, hiring timelines, training effectiveness, etc. - Policy & SOP Development: Draft, update, and maintain HR policies, manuals, and compliance SOPs. Candidate Profile: - Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 10 to 15 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably with blue-collar and white-collar workforce management. - Strong operational HR background with the ability to balance strategic initiatives. - Experience implementing HR tech platforms and performance management systems. - Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance in India. - Leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, services, or manufacturing industries preferred. - Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
