KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the HR strategy in line with business goals.
- Partner with the Founders and leadership team to influence organizational design, talent planning, and culture-building initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Drive end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent across all levels.
- Build a strong employer brand to position the organization as an employer of choice in the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Implement succession planning and career development frameworks.
Employee Experience & Engagement:
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and performance-driven work culture.
- Design and implement engagement programs, learning initiatives, and recognition frameworks to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Oversee payroll, compliance, labor law adherence, and HR policies.
- Ensure HR processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Develop metrics to measure HR effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Performance Management & Rewards:
- Implement effective performance appraisal systems that link employee contributions with organizational goals.
- Design and manage compensation and benefits structures to maintain competitiveness in the industry.
Change Management & Transformation:
- Lead organizational change initiatives, driving digital HR transformation and adoption of new systems and processes.
- Support integration during expansions, acquisitions, or restructuring.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- MBA / Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10 to 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role, preferably in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in scaling HR functions for growing organizations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing HR teams.
