One of our leading client into FMCG, F&B looking for a dynamic HR professional who is having experience in corporate HR as well as manufacturing , can manage complete HR Portfolio at pan INDIA level... managing corporate as well as manufacturing locations . This is corporate role , reporting to Management , Team leading direct and indirect 15 Manager & Above level ..Sharing the details below


Role & responsibilities:


- The Head HR is responsible to lead the human resources team in developing policies and strategies and to ensure their successful implementation across the organization.


- He will be responsible to ensure that all HR needs of the company are aligned with the company's objectives and all human resources-related activities are carried out smoothly and effectively; specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation.


- He She would advise senior management, having strong leadership qualities and demonstrate a high level of professional ethics, nurturing team talent, and championing all people initiatives.


Key responsibility: HR Systems & Policies , Organization Development & Change Management , Performance Management , Talent Management and Learning & Development, Compensation and Benefits, Plant HR & Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition


Preferred candidate profile:


- Masters Degree in Human Resources from an institution of repute or its equivalent


- Minimum 18-25 years relevant experience , worked in FMCG/Pharmaceuticals/Manufacturing Industry


- Sound knowledge of human resources and labour law


- Sufficient knowledge of MS Office and SAP.


- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.


- Additional understanding and knowledge of human behavior will be appreciated.


- Demonstrated ability to establish key relationships with business leaders.


- Experience with interfacing with international audiences.


- Ability to work against tight deadline
