Key Responsibilities :
Strategic HR & Business Partnership :
- Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
- Partner closely with business leaders to build organizational capability that supports expansion and profitability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on people, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive workforce planning and organization design to support business transformation.
- Contribute actively to business growth by ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains high-performing talent.
Culture Building & Organizational Development :
- Build and nurture a strong, values-driven, high-performance culture across the organization.
- Champion employee engagement, collaboration, accountability, and customer-centricity.
- Lead change management initiatives during periods of business growth and transformation.
- Develop succession planning and leadership development frameworks to build future ready leaders.
Talent Acquisition & Talent Management :
- Lead talent acquisition strategies for critical and leadership positions.
- Strengthen employer branding to attract top talent.
- Design career progression and talent review processes.
- Build robust leadership pipelines and succession plans.
Performance Management :
- Develop and strengthen performance management systems aligned with business outcomes.
- Drive a culture of continuous feedback and performance excellence.
- Support managers in goal setting, coaching, and performance improvement.
Learning & Leadership Development :
- Identify capability gaps and implement learning interventions.
- Design leadership development initiatives aligned with future business needs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Compensation, Benefits & Rewards :
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits strategies.
- Lead annual compensation reviews and incentive programs.
- Partner with leadership and the NRC on executive compensation matters and reward philosophy.
HR Operations & Compliance :
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR governance standards.
- Oversee HR policies, payroll coordination, HR systems, employee records, and audits.
- Strengthen HR processes through digitization and automation.
HR Analytics :
- Develop dashboards and people analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor key workforce metrics and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights to business leaders and the Board.
Board & Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) Engagement :
- Support the Board and NRC on matters relating to human capital strategy.
- Prepare Board and NRC presentations, reports, and people analytics.
- Provide inputs on executive appointments, leadership succession, compensation, performance, and governance.
- Ensure HR policies and practices align with Board expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with senior leadership to implement decisions arising from Board and NRC meetings.
Qualifications & Experience :
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institution.
- Additional certifications in HR, Organizational Development, Executive Coaching, or Labour Laws would be an advantage.
- 13-18 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Experience in Financial Services, NBFC, Banking, Insurance, or FinTech is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leadership teams and exposure to Board and/or Nomination & Remuneration Committee interactions.
- Experience supporting organizations through periods of growth, transformation, or scale up.
