Role Context

The organization is seeking a seasoned HR leader to drive people strategy, compliance, and workforce governance at scale, aligned with rapid growth and institutional excellence.
Role Overview
The Head Human Resources will serve as a strategic and operational HR leader, responsible for end-to-end HR governance across the group. The role demands deep expertise in HR generalist functions, particularly labour laws, statutory compliance, talent management, and contractual workforce management, which are non-negotiable for this mandate.
The incumbent will work closely with the Board, Group CHRO, and Business Heads, acting as a trusted HR advisor and transformation partner.

Candidate Profile
Experience & Level
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Age range: 36 to 42 years (ideal).
- Diversity candidates only.
Educational Background
- Preferred: TISS or XLRI 2011 or 2012 batch.
- If not, must be from a premier Tier-1 institute with strong HR pedigree.
Industry Background (Preferred)
- Manufacturing.
- Real Estate.
- Education.
- Consumer-facing FMCG organizations
Core Competencies (Mandatory)
- Strong command over labour laws & statutory compliance.
- Proven experience in talent management and leadership development.
- Hands-on exposure to contractual workforce and vendor management.
- Ability to operate in large, multi-location, high-compliance environments.
