Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end people strategy aligned to business scale and growth priorities.
- Identify and solve for execution gaps-translate strategy into on-ground outcomes.
- Partner closely with leadership on organization building, capability development, and workforce planning.

- Strong, well-rounded HR experience with exposure to growth or turnaround environments
- Comfortable operating in lean setups with high ownership and ambiguity
- Ability to drive outcomes independently and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience in building or scaling HR functions/teams
